Reverse Osmosis purification system
Water Treatment Plant is widely used in drinking water supply, purification for tap water, underground water, borehole water, spring water, pure water and beverage area.
This system adopts stainless steel sand filter, active carbon filter effectively to remove big impure particles and suspending matters, improve RO membrane water inputting index,effectively remove the smell and rest chlorine of the original water, and improve the taste of water quality. The main machine adopts American high effective low-pressure compound film, with single film salt removing degree up to 99%. The high low-pressure protection imported form Korea ensures the breakdown low to 0%, with the outputting water up to national pure water standard. RO system (including: raw water pump, sand filter, active carton filter, chemical doser, water softener, micro filter, 5μm reverse osmosis system, back washing system, sterilization, water tank and fittings).
Advantage:
1. Continuous water production without the need of regeneration, reducing labor strength;
2. Ultra-low pressure film imported from USA, with a high desalting rate of 97~98%;
3. Removing 98% of organic matters and bacteria, with a heat source of more than 98;
4. Online electric conductivity monitoring, ensuring good water quality;
5. PLC microcomputer monitoring, flushing the reverse osmosis film at regular intervals.
Technical Flow Chart:
1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.
2. Multi-medium filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect.
3. Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.
4. Softener--exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
5. Micron filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um,
6. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane ro.
7.RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions.
Raw water → Source water tank → Raw water pump → Multi-medium filter → Active Carbon filter → Softener → Micron filter→ RO system → Ozone sterilizer → Pure water tank
