Introduction to glass bottle filling machinery:
The glass bottle filling machine integrates three functions of rinsing, filling and sealing, and is suitable for filling beverages of glass bottles with gas, such as: soft drinks, beer, gas-flavored drinks and the like. It is mainly used for three functions of glass bottle internal flushing, liquid filling and crown cap gland. The glass bottle filling machinery adopts international advanced technology and the design is scientific and reasonable. Beautiful appearance, complete functions, convenient operation and maintenance, high degree of automation, is the first choice for small and medium-sized beverage manufacturers.
Equipment process:
1. Glass bottle washing, filling and capping three-in-one unit is a new product developed on the basis of introducing similar products at home and abroad, according to the problems encountered in the actual operation of the equipment and years of production experience;
2. External mechanical valve structure, no spring and seal in the valve body;
3. The glass bottle filling machine is composed of three single units of rinsing, filling and sealing. The driving machine drives the rinsing machine, the filling machine and the capping machine through the gear meshing transmission. Combined with a suitable gear ratio, the overall operation and output of the equipment are stable and reliable;
4. The device is controlled by programmable controller (PLC), featuring high automation, compact results, beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance, safety and reliability.
5. Fully automatic glass bottle filling machine has a wide range of applications, filling glass bottle containers, and the crown cover can be used for sealing method;
6. The filling valve adopts high-precision mechanical filling valve, which has a bottle-free and vacuum-free mechanism;
7. The filling equipment has two vacuuming capabilities and is equipped with a high pressure foaming device;
8. This equipment transmission adopts open gear and gearbox combination transmission, adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, and has large speed regulation range.

Payment term: 30% down payment by telegraphic transfer within 7days upon the signing of the contract, the balance paid by telegraphic transfer or LC prior to shipping date from our company

Our professional engineer staffs will guide the installation procedure and also useful training programs.
Guarantee
JIMEI guarantees the aforementioned products against possible defects of materials and /or workmanship for a period of 12 months beginning from the date of installation.In particular, JIMEI will repair and /or substitute the defective parts at its own expense,provided the purchaser gives timely written notice within 15 days from the discovery of the defect,and however within the aforesaid maximum 12months’ period.
